This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered by dormi (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently only support orders and deliveries within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order processing time is separate from delivery time and may vary due to:
- Order volume
- Stock availability
- Verification or security checks
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders where necessary.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are generally as follows:
- United Kingdom: estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Actual delivery times may differ due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we may assist with an investigation but do not guarantee replacement or refund unless required by law.
8. Incorrect Address Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection:
- We may issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs, or
- We may require payment of additional shipping fees for re-delivery
